WORKDAY PLANNING CONSULTANT

Invisors is looking for an ambitious, resourceful, and driven individual to become a member of our team. As a Planning Consultant you will play an integral role in ensuring successful implementations of Workday Planning. We are looking for a candidate with a deep knowledge of enterprise financial management, the financial planning and accounting process, and extensive software experience with financial products, data conversion, and testing.  You should be results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to effectively interact with customers and the Workday implementation teams. KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Display expertise in Workday Planning for the Human Capital and Financials Products

  • Thorough understanding of Workday’s Implementation Methodology

  • Understand client business requirements, demonstrate configurations through constructing prototype systems, configure the Workday solution, and assist the client during testing and deployment

  • Ability to aid client with converting legacy financial models into Workday, when appropriate

  • Ensure clients are taking advantage of the Workday practices

  • Meet deadlines within the budgeted time allocated

  • Mentor new consultants by sharing your knowledge

 

KNOWLEDGE BASE

  • 3-10 years of experience implementing Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting systems

  • Previous consulting experience

  • Prior experience implementing financial planning systems such as Hyperion Planning, Anaplan, and Adaptive Insights or experience with Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Strong financial and analytical skills

  • Prior experience with technical solutions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Expertise in business analysis and requirements gathering

  • Quick learner through instruction or self-training

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time

  • Experience with financial applications is a plus
