Invisors Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement

 

1. About Invisors

​

Invisors, LLC (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Invisors,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in all its forms. This statement sets out the steps we have taken during calendar year 2024 to ensure that slavery and human trafficking are not taking place in our own operations or in our supply chains.

2.  Actions Taken

​

During the calendar year 2024, Invisors has taken the following actions to address slavery and human trafficking risks:

  • Re-approved our Supplier Code of Conduct (part of our overall Vendor Management Policy), which sets our expectations for suppliers to follow ethical business practices.

  • Conducted due diligence on our suppliers to assess compliance with our overall Vendor Management Policy.

  • Provided annual Human Resources training to employees, which includes our employee policies related to slavery and human trafficking.

  • Maintained an internal confidential whistleblowing process for reporting concerns or suspicions of slavery or human trafficking.


3. Future Commitments

Invisors is committed to continuous improvement in our efforts to prevent and mitigate slavery and human trafficking risks.  Although we have no specific initiatives targeting the risk of slavery and human trafficking planned, we will maintain our diligence and awareness of this issue and seek opportunities to improve our processes.


4. Approval

This statement has been approved by the Board of Directors and signed by Will Hardy, Partner – Chief Security Officer, on behalf of Invisors on February 20, 2024.  A signed version of this statement is available upon request to info@invisors.com.
